Channeled Healing

Channeled Healing sessions with Dr. Callista Lay begin with the Tarot and concluded with Reiki. During these sessions Dr. Lay utilizes the Tarot and Channeling during Reiki to connect to your energy, and Spirit, in order to receive guidance to assist you on your life's journey. This guidance comes through as thoughts, feelings and visuals that are shared with you during the Tarot portion and after the Reiki energy healing is completed. The intention for these sessions is that all information received be in your highest and best good, to help you remove internal obstacles and access your own intuitive body. The goal is always to have you leave feeling empowered, closer to Spirit, and confident on where to go from here. All healing is self-healing, and Dr. Lay utilizes this space to simply be a mirror upon which you may reflect.

Reiki is an energy-based practice in which the practitioner or Reiki Master directs healing energy into the receiving client. This is done with intention and dedication to the practice on behalf of the Reiki practitioner, and through acceptance and receptivity to healing, on behalf of the receiver. For some, this practice is spiritual and done with a belief that all healing energy is divine in nature, and for others, the healing is simply that of universal energy, without any connection to a higher power. Your personal feelings about a belief system are not important for Reiki to be received or be effective.

Reiki is performed with hands on or off the body, on a completely clothed recipient in a spa-like or massage-like environment. Reiki provides the same feelings of relaxation to the body that massage does. It can help decrease blood pressure, reduce stress, improve mood and relieve pain in the body.

Most of our clients state that they feel more empowered by and connected to themselves after a session. Healing sessions are often accompanied by emotional release and a deep calm, similar to the feeling those who meditate often experience. If you are seeking a modality that can help you unpack emotions, and restore a sense of clarity, I recommend a channeled healing.

This session should leave you feeling confident in your path, trusting in your own divine timing, and emotionally soothed. Each session offers the recipient something different and serves well as a regular tool of self-care.

These sessions are designed for those who wish to experience an energy healing, without incorporation of the Tarot. During these sessions, Dr. Callista Lay still utilizes her abilities as a channel to connect to Spirit and provide healing insight to best assist you on your life’s journey.

Dr. Lay utilizes hands-on the body to transfer Reiki energy into you as the recipient, during which time she opens herself up to receive insight and messages for you which are shared at the end of the session.

Offered remotely and in-person, Dr. Callista Lay uses the Tarot to bring forth messages from Spirit of the highest and best, not only for the recipient to heal emotionally, but spiritually as well. These sessions offer space to ask questions as well as receive messages from your guides and angels to help you on your path to empowerment and enlightenment.

Dr. Callista Lay DC RMT has been practicing chiropractic, acupuncture and fire cupping therapies since 2012, with chiropractic assistant experience since 2003, making her overall time in the industry approaching 20 years. At her clinic in Chicago, Revive Chiropractic Healing Center, she offers chiropractic, and acupuncture services multiple days a week.
